At Fajeeran Tech Services, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We provide flexible refund and cancellation options under the conditions below.

1. Trial Period

We offer a ₹49 trial for first-time clients. If you’re not satisfied with the service during the trial, this amount is 100% refundable, no questions asked.

2. Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions

• Monthly Plan (₹499/month):
  Can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds for the ongoing month once the service has started.

• Yearly Plan (₹4999/year):
  Cancellable within the first 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, refunds will be issued pro-rata, based on the number of months used.

3. Custom Projects

Custom services like website development, marketing campaigns, or branding:

• Require a non-refundable advance

• May be eligible for a partial refund if canceled before major work begins (at our discretion)

4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be given for:

• Delays caused by client non-response

• Services already rendered in full

• Policy misuse or abuse

• Proper refunds policy should be given on the quotation provided.
